Terms of Service

For creators

If you are a small creator (youtuber, vtuber, streamer, etc) and intend to use my art as profile picture, banner, in music videos, or something related, I may not charge for commercial rights.I want to help great people make cool things (and prevent them from using AI sh#t) so send me a message and we can talk about it.

Commission (Personal use)

I want to deliver a high quality art that attends the client's expectations, so please, read the "step by step", the "additional information of each step" and the "overall terms".

Step by step

Request phase

1. The client will send the artist a message to declare the interest.2. The artist will contact the client and send a form to be filled with informations about the request.3. Artist and client will discuss anything else that could not be expressed in the form, and a deadline will be determined. After all details are agreed (deadline/ price/ etc) by both, the production phase will begin.

Production phase

4. The artist will start working on a sketch that can roughly express important elements, according to the informations provided by the client. Then will send the sketch to the client and ask for approval.5. After the sketch is approved, the full payment must be made by the client.6. Once the artist have received the payment, he will make the line art, add flat colors and then send the client a preview.7. The artist will finish the piece and send the final art to the client. By sending the final art to the client, the production phase ends, and the commission process is over.
